AJ Motors Mid-Year Sale Promotion – Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

This promotion is conducted by AJ Motors Limited, New Zealand (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

• The promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older who purchase a vehicle from AJ Motors during the promotional period.
• Employees, contractors, or agents of AJ Motors and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any participant who provides false or misleading information or fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

3. Promotion Period

The promotion runs from Wednesday, 10 June 2026, to Sunday,14 July 2026 (inclusive).

4. How to Qualify

To receive the promotional offer:

• Purchase selected vehicle from AJ Motors at the listed price during the promotional period (10/06/2026 – 14/07/2026).
• Complete the purchase either by approved finance application or full payment.
• All finance applications are subject to lender approval and must meet responsible lending criteria.
• AJ Motors does not guarantee finance approval.
• The promotion is not available on negotiated vehicle prices.

5. Promotional Offer

This promotional offer ("Offer”) is provided by AJ Motors Ltd (“the Company”) and applies to selected vehicle purchases. By participating, the customer (“Customer”) agrees to the following terms and conditions.

• This promotion applies exclusively to selected vehicle models. Please consult your salesperson to confirm eligible models.
• Cashback or purchase discount incentives are applicable only to financed transactions. The fuel card offer is available exclusively for cash purchases.
• Customers may select either a Cashback or a Purchase Discount or Fuel Card – not all - as part of this promotion.
• If the Cashback/Fuel Card is chosen, the vehicle must be purchased at the advertised Window Price.
• If the Cashback is included within a finance agreement, it will be added to the total loan amount and will accrue interest over the full loan term.
• The company will pay the cashback into the customer’s nominated bank account within five (5) working days of the purchase being fully completed.
• All finance applications are subject to approval by the finance provider and must meet responsible lending criteria.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers.
• AJ Motors Ltd reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Customers are responsible for their own tax obligations arising from this offer, if any.
• In the event of a deal cancellation for any reason, the amount of the Cashback or the Fuel Card must be returned to the dealership.

6. Finance Terms

• AJ Motors provides access to in-house finance assistance through a qualified Finance Manager who can help customers prepare and submit finance applications.
• Finance is available through AJ Motors’ approved lending partners only.
• All finance applications are subject to the lender’s approval and responsible lending criteria.
• Normal lending fees, charges, and credit checks apply.

7. Liability

• AJ Motors accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or costs incurred as a result of participating in this promotion, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
• The Promoter makes no guarantees regarding the ongoing availability of the offer or MBI product.

8. Privacy

By participating in this promotion, entrants agree that AJ Motors may:

• Collect and use personal information to administer the promotion and deliver the finance product; and
• Share relevant details with approved finance partners for policy activation or finance processing.

9. General Conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
• The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

10. Governing Law

This promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
